With the development of the buoys / fenders, the material has been developed from PVC, polyurethane to eva foam.The foam buoys are made of high quality eva foam, which has good performance on weather fastness and long life span.This product has good softness and high resistance of impact, breaking and low temperature.With the reinforced polyurea coating skin and high energy absorbtion and low reaction, the total performance is better than pneumatic fenders ,and has been widely used on ports, offshore and ship berthing. And the shape of the buoy can be a ball, cylinder and square tube etc.

The foam filled buoy / fenders in high elasticity of expanded ensures high energy absorption and low reaction force .Foam filled buoy / fenders are entirely made of closed cell foam that guarantees unsinkability even in case of damage caused by breaking, rupturing or shearing when hitting rough vessel sides. As the material is closed cell foam, so it can prevent from water entrance.

The SPUA coating skin , which provides with unsurpassed strength. The skins is wrapped in a helix pattern and integrated within the skin itself. This advanced technique process makes the foam filled marine buoy /fenders skin extremely durable to all weather, forces and marine conditions.

The polyurea or is spray applied on foam filled marine buoy / fenders. This creates a high quality and homogeneous skin matrix combining extreme wear resistance with non-marking properties and the option of high visibility colors.

The adoption of super size foam filled marine buoy/fenders enlarged the space between the ships and parapet of the wharf, and improves the depth of the berth, consequently improves the ability of loading/unloading, so as to create a new approach for upgrading the wharfs and improved the handling efficiency.
