Description

Modular bailey bridge is a standard bridge equipment, adopted extensively and the most popular in the world, possessing the features of simple structure, convenient transport, speedy erection and easy disassembling, while having the advantage of heavy loading capacity, great stability and long fatigue life being capable of an alternative span, loading capacity and mixture form to erect all kinds of Temporary Bridges, Emergency Bridges and Fixed Bridges. Using the bridge equipment, the suspension bridges of varied span can be erected.

Specification

Three normal width bridges are as following:
3.15m width (model CB100/321): light weight and load, mostly used over middle or small span rivers.
4.2m (model HD200) width: marked both in metric and inch dimension, mostly used in International market over middle and large span rivers.
7.35m width (model HD200): two-lane bridge, widely used over various rivers.

Installation

It is easy to mounting Bailey bridges without any help of cranes or hoists. One bridge installation can be finished only by hands of human power, using complete launching tools including roller, flat roller, roller frame, wrench and jack.

We also specialize in producing the derivative product of steel Bailey bridge, such as panel pin, nonstandard transom, bridge deck, female end post, male end post, bridge seat, baseplate, reinforced chord, clip and so on. All the machining accessories of Bailey type bridge are done by ourselves, which can control the quality, cost and delivery time.
