Tipping Paper is the outer wrapping of the filter section of a cigarette and a fundamental component to unite the tobacco rod with the filter tip. In addition, Tipping Paper controls the level of smoke yields via perforation, acts as a design tool for the customized branding of cigarettes and represents a carrier for special substances like aromas.

Tipping paper can be perforated up to 4 lines of holes and porosities with ventilation rate above 1200 CU. We offer laser perforated tipping. Laser technique is PLC controlled which enabled a better control over electrostatic perforation, finally resulting in a better ventilation control for the cigarette.
