For products of customized specification, or painted as required, or of special materials, we need full payment upon ordering.
For products we have in stock, normally we ask for full payment upon shipment.
Ports & Customs:
Most of our factories locate in mainland China, while our suppliers are actually worldwide. It’s possible you will have shipment from any port of mainland China, India, Cambodia including Europe. For goods of smaller amount and weight, or products we have in stock, usually they will get loaded on board via Shanghai customs.
