The purpose of the sublimation felt is to press the fabric against the printed paper, both against the heated drum. The contact between the fabric and the printed paper needs to be long enough, to ensure the transfer of the dyestuffs to the fabric. Heat transfer printing is an economical way to print synthetic fabrics.

Heat transfer printing felt is made of high quality 100% nomex to withstand even the highest temperatures, our maximun with is 3500 could use for Large Format Garment Roller printing machine, we also can manufacture any small size felt on small sublimation printing machine.

   It is 6 months guaranteed and basically our products can be used around one year in a normal condition, also it depends on your scale of production and your use behavior.

   Normally, our products are packed with PP woven bags with waterproofing.
