Function feature and the principle of Fluid Bed Drying Machine


This machine is suitable for granulating, &coating for powder/granules/ in container by spray binder/coating material.


The principle of action is based on: Put the powder material into the fluid bed. The cold air is drawn into the fluid bed through the pre, middle and final filters (HEPA) and passes through the heating chamber behind the main machine, heated to the desired temperature by the heater.


The material is fluidized in the fluid bed regularly as turbojet. The binder for granulating/coating material is delivered to the nozzle by the liquid pump, which is sprayed to the fluidized material after being sheared into droplets by air.


The evaporating moisture is drawn out by the fan.
