Working Principle of Soft Capsule Machine:
The rubber prepared by the rubber wheel boxes on both sides of the
host enters the gap between the rolling molds, and the medicine is
injected into the wedge-shaped spray body through the conduit by
the feeding pump. With the pressure of the feeding pump, the
medicine and rubber are pressed into the grooves of the two rolling
molds. Due to the continuous rotation of the rolling molds, the two
rubber strips form two semi defined shapes and encapsulate the
medicine inside the rubber film. The remaining rubber is cut off
and separated into a mesh, commonly known as the rubber net.

automatic liquid level control, suitable for various material
requirements (optional configuration).
Humanized design, easy to operate:
a) The mold is designed to match the mold axis, avoiding damage
during the mold loading and unloading process;
b) Specialized injection body assembly tooling protects the
injection body from damage during loading and unloading, and
reduces the labor intensity of the operator;
c) Install lighting fixtures in the bottom pocket area of the mold
to facilitate quality inspection during the production process.
