Product Description of Freeze Dry Machine

The machine is an integral tunnel structure, which is divided into three parts: preheating zone, high temperature sterilization zone and cooling zone. The container is sterilized by hot air laminar flow disinfection principle at short time and high temperature.

It is suitable for drying and sterilizing ampoule antibiotic bottles and oral liquid bottles. It can also be used for drying and sterilizing other medicinal glass bottles.

The box body is welded with high quality stainless steel plate.

The box body is divided into two parts: heating section and cooling section. The heating section has a considerable thickness of insulation layer.

It is filled with high quality aluminium silicate fibers and has good heat preservation effect.

The top of the heating section of the box body is equipped with a dehumidifier to accelerate the drying of the material and improve the sterilization effect.

The heating element adopts Yuanhong electric heating quartz tube, which is installed on the upper part of the heating chamber.

High thermal efficiency, energy saving and so on.

The transmission system adopts stainless steel mesh belt drive and electromagnetic stepless speed regulation.

The cooling air inlet of the box body is equipped with a high efficiency air filter to make the cooling air supplied by the blower reach the maximum value.

To purify, the outlet is equipped with a fan, which can adjust the air volume according to the need.

The far infrared tunnel oven has another control cabinet, and the temperature control adopts digital display and adjustment.

The temperature control range of the economizer is 0-400 C. The instrument has strong anti-seismic, anti-jamming ability, small size, and high reliability.
