CONDENSING GAS FIRED STEAM BOILER
Food machinery industry: supporting equipment for tofu machine,
boiled soybean milk, steamer, sterilization tank, packaging
machine, coating equipment, sealing machine, etc.
Biochemical industry: supporting the use of fermenters, reactors,
sandwich pots, mixers, emulsifiers and other equipment.
1. Boiler design ,manufacture according China A-class level .Follow
China GB standard strictly which will be ratified through
government,field inspection from related department for each boiler
before leaving workshop to ensure safe and stable quality.
2. Boiler has THREE return system and FOUR return system for latesd
design.Flame Burning in big combustion chamber with micro-positive
pressure ,multi fuel support ,such as:Oil,gas and alcohol-based
fuel.
Three return capacity will get to 15tons for WNS series.
Four return save energy largely ,but capacity shall less than
4ton/h .
When boiler bigger than 15ton ,we will design it into SZS double
drums,horizontal with D-type combustion chambers.
3. Inner chamber of boiler use corrugated furnace and thread pipes
to increase the heating surface and used to the expansion.
