Installation instructions of SZS oil-gas-steam boiler -- electric control operation cabinet
The control switch buttons of burner and feed pump are concentrated on the electronic control control cabinet. Users can first pull the wires to each motor and then connect the external power supply.
Note: the casing shall be protective grounded.

The electric control control cabinet shall be installed in a special operation room or in front of the boiler. The installation orientation shall be conducive to the monitoring of various instruments on the boiler and ensure convenient operation.

1. Before installation should check the instrument, do a good job of valve test.

2. When installing pipelines, valves and instruments, install them according to the boiler room design drawing, fix the electric pump in an appropriate position, and test run after power supply is switched on.

3. The safety valve should be installed after the hydraulic test, the safety valve should be connected with the discharge pipe, the discharge pipe should be directly to the safe place, and there is enough cross-section and anti-freeze measures to ensure the smooth discharge.

4. Connect the blowdown pipe to the blowdown box or other safe places, and fix the pipe to prevent shifting or scalding during blowdown.

5. Steam pipelines outside the main steam valve shall be connected by the user. There shall be at least one elbow on the main steam valve pipeline; otherwise, expansion pipe shall be installed.

6. When the device pressure gauge, should make the dial surface vertical, the pressure gauge dial should draw a red line to show the boiler maximum allowable working pressure, pressure gauge cock rotation flexible, no steam leakage, drainage should be smooth, the pressure gauge pipe is prohibited from heat insulation.

7. The manufacturer only provides part of the installation parts, and other direct pipe users need to prepare by themselves, and make corresponding connections according to the installation drawing.
