1. Introduction
SZL/DZL chain grate biomass boiler produced by Yongxing Boiler Manufacturing Co., Ltd., such as SZL assembled biomass boiler, with evaporation of 2-25t/h, thermal efficiency of 80%--84%, fuel for straw, rice husk, etc. Fuel, or shaped biomass, and biomass blends. The boiler is a double-cylinder longitudinally arranged chain furnace drain steam boiler, equipped with a light chain grate and a stepless speed regulation device, so that the biomass fuel drives the boiler work under the optimal combustion condition. It is equipped with a blower and an induced draft fan to achieve mechanical ventilation. DZL fast-loading biomass boiler is a single-drum longitudinal chain furnace grate boiler, which is not only suitable for combustion molding biomass fuel, but also pure coal or coal-fired and shaped biomass fuel blended fuel. The rated evaporation is 1-8t.
2. Features
1). The heating surface is arranged on both sides of the convection
surface of the boiler, the heat exchange efficiency is high, the
boiler work efficiency is stable, and at the same time, it has a
certain overload operation capability;
2). The boiler body water circulation mode is natural circulation
mode, the system design is reasonable, the water capacity is large,
the steam operation space is large, and the steam generated is of
high quality;
3). The cross-section of each heating surface is reasonable
compared with the cross section of the riser, and the combustion
conditions of biomass fuel or bituminous coal are very stable;
4). The front and rear arches are properly matched, the coverage of
the furnace arch is large, the furnace temperature is high, and the
combustible volatiles of coal or biomass fuel can burn more than
20%;
5). Each air chamber can be adjusted according to the amount of air
required for each combustion stage of the fuel, and there is no
partial burning phenomenon. The lower part of each air chamber is
provided with a pull-type cast iron ash door, which is not easy to
be deformed, convenient to use, and has good sealing performance. .
When the carbon content in the coal slag is not more than 10%, the
thermal efficiency of the boiler is higher than 82%.
6). Design a multi-channel smoke-proof wall between the convection
tube bundles, so that the flue gas in the combustion chamber enters
the convection tube bundle and undergo multiple re-entry. During
the re-entry process, the flue gas is used in the flue gas and the
smoke-proof wall and the convection tube bundle. Multiple
collisions, where vortices are formed. At the same time, the
inertial force of the collision between the flue gas and the smoke
blocking wall and the tube bundle and the centrifugal force during
the formation of the vortex are used for dust removal. With this
measure, the initial dust concentration of the boiler body is very
low, which is beneficial to reduce the pollution of the boiler
smoke to the atmospheric environment.
3. Classification
Biomass boilers are roughly classified into two categories
according to their use: one is a biomass thermal boiler and the
other is a biomass electric boiler. The principle of the two is
basically the same, both get energy through biomass fuel, the first
one directly obtains heat energy, and the second one converts heat
energy into electric energy. Among the two boilers, thermal boilers
are the most widely used and the most mature. According to the
volume classification of biomass thermal boilers, it can be divided
into the following three forms:
1). Small biomass thermal energy boiler, suitable for household
heating and hot water supply equipment, the advantage is small size
and easy installation. However, the combustion efficiency is very
low. 2). Medium-sized biomass heat boiler. The use of solidified
biomass fuels to provide hot water or steam is mostly used in the
industry. The advantage is that the technology is relatively
mature, the energy loss is small, and the heat energy supply
capability is strong. The company's current biomass boilers are
mainly medium-sized boilers with a combustion efficiency of over
82%. They are widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical, textile,
food, paper and other fields. 3) Large-scale biomass heat boilers.
This type of emphasis emphasizes a centralized management and
centralized control of thermal energy engineering. The boiler is
one of the devices to ensure the normal operation of the entire
biomass thermal energy project. Therefore, it requires high
requirements for fuel, combustion technology and supporting
technology.
