Introductions
The DZL type biomass boiler is a single-drum vertical biomass boiler. The rated evaporation is 1-10t and the power is 0.7-7MW. This type of boiler uses biomass pellets made from straw, sawdust, peanut shells, etc. as fuel. It uses a new furnace design to maximize fuel combustion and heat transfer through the built-in three-return threaded pipe to make the boiler's thermal efficiency.

Structural features
1. The boiler is a horizontal quick-install boiler, and the water
circulation mode is natural circulation. The boiler heat exchange
system consists of a drum, a left and right header, and a
water-cooled wall. The main heating surface is designed to install
the furnace water wall. In addition, the main heating section of
the boiler is made of seamless steel pipe for 20# low and medium
pressure boiler, and the drum is made of special steel plate for
boiler. The left and right headers are made of seamless steel
tubes.
2. The boiler shaft is made of refractory concrete. The rear arch
is low and long, so the combustion effect is good. The two-wing
flue and the side wall brick are made of refractory sintered brick.
General refractory bricks are used for the front and rear walls of
the boiler.
3. The material circulation loop of the boiler is well designed,
the fuel mix is sufficient, the furnace temperature is uniform,
and the biomass fuel combustion efficiency is high. Compared with
the traditional coal-fired boiler, the concentration of carbon
dioxide, sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides in the exhaust gas is
very low. Therefore, the pollution of the air during the operation
of the boiler is small;
4. The water circulation mode is simple, the structure of the
pressure-receiving parts is reasonable, and it can be safely
operated under the condition of ensuring water quality. At the same
time, high-standard, high-quality auxiliary machines, accessories
and automatic control equipment are used to ensure safe and stable
operation of the boiler.
5. Automatic control system. The control system adopts
high-brightness and full-English display mode. The PLC control
system is used as the central control unit. The information
exchange between the boilers is realized by man-machine dialogue
mode, and the automatic operation of the BMF boiler is fully
realized.
Precautions when burning fuel
1. Grate combustion must be monitored regularly so that the
combustion of the fuel in the grate and ash outlet area is fully
understood.
2. If the fuel on the grate is too small, the ignition will be
unstable and the combustion of the fuel will be further hindered.
3. If the fuel on the grate is too much, the combustion is not
complete, and the furnace will be burnt and disordered during the
vibration of the grate. At this point, low excess air or furnace
over pressure can increase the risk of boiler operation.
4. When the vibration amplitude of the grate is too large, some
fuel will not be burned and will be discharged into the slag
outlet, which reduces the overall thermal efficiency of the boiler.
5. If the amount of air in the upper and upper parts of the grate
is too large, the flame front on the grate will be too high. This
way the flame is mainly concentrated between the middle and the
lower part of the grate, and there is very little flame in the
upper part of the grate.
6. If the oxygen content in the flue gas is too high, it indicates
that the fuel supply is too small or the vibration of the grate is
too large.
