.Brief Introduction:

-The biomass boiler can be equipped with a fuel or gas burner for automatic ignition. Boiler feeding, burning, slag removal, water supply, ignition can be automatically controlled, and the operation is very convenient.
-At the same time, the boiler is equipped with an automatic cleaning device, which can remove the ash from the heating surface of the boiler in time to ensure efficient and stable operation of the boiler.
-An economizer is arranged at the tail of the boiler, and an air preheater can also be arranged according to the needs of the user. The boiler is more thermally efficient than conventional coal-fired boilers.

combustion, and adopts the medium-temperature separation technology
to make the flue gas temperature of the whole circulating flow
field of the boiler lower than the ash melting point temperature of
the biomass fuel;

Precautions of Biomass boiler using
1. Before starting the boiler, check the power supply, voltage,
water source, fuel abnormality, close the drain valve, open the
water supply valve, and check whether the flue is unobstructed. In
addition, check the pressure of the furnace body and the operation
of the make-up pump to confirm whether the motor can work normally.
Check the working condition of the water pump. If the pump fan
blade is stuck, remove the fan blade back cover and turn the motor
shaft to the flexible state. After all the above devices have been
confirmed, they can be turned on.
2.This product belongs to biomass/fired steam boiler. Please be
sure to install water softener when using this equipment according
to the boiler water quality requirements. Because the hard water
quality will cause boiler fouling, it will cause bursting in severe
cases. Shorten the life of the boiler. Failure to use the water
treatment equipment as required to cause damage to the boiler is
not covered by the warranty.
3. Please pay attention to the timed sewage when using the steam
boiler. Discharge at least once a day and discharge at a pressure
of 0.15 MPa to 0.25 MPa. This can effectively prevent pipe
blockage. In addition, the sewage pipe should be connected
according to the regulations, beware of the operator's burns.

1.The power plant shall be equipped with the operation personnel
and test personnel of each position according to the test plan. And
there is a clear post responsibility system, the operating
operators should be qualified for training, and can be competent
for the operation and troubleshooting of this post.
2.The construction unit should be equipped with sufficient
maintenance personnel according to the requirements of the trial
operation plan measures, and have a clear job responsibility
system. The maintenance and repair personnel should understand the
equipment (system) performance of the position, and be competent to
perform maintenance work under unified command, without equipment,
personal accidents and interruption of trial operation.
3.The construction unit should be prepared to participate in the
installation and acceptance of the test equipment (system) and the
commissioning record of the division.
4.The adjustment and trial operation plan measures prepared by the
construction unit shall be printed after the trial operation of the
test operation headquarters, and the exchange and study shall be
carried out separately.
5.The operating unit shall hang the actual combustion system
diagram and the thermal system diagram at the trial site. The
commissioning unit shall hang the necessary diagrams such as trial
operation, ignition and boost at the trial site.
6.Pay attention to the design specifications of each component
during operation, especially the pressure components. Care should
also be taken to avoid irregular operations that cause incomplete
combustion of the fuel.
