DZL (H) series coal steam boiler and pellet fired boiler are carefully designed according to the needs of various types of enterprises. Biomass fired steam boiler has the advantages of quick installation, time saving and material saving, compact structure and small floor space. The coal fired boiler body and the base have been assembled in the factory. After the other parts of the user are in place, it is only necessary to complete the interfaces and auxiliary machines and piping systems to operate.
Features
1. The front and rear arches of the boiler are all equipped with a
water-cooled wet furnace arch structure. This structure is
supported by water-cooled walls. Without increasing the heated
area, the furnace arch can be durable and extend the service life
of the equipment.
2. The coal burning boiler adopts a contact sealing structure. The sealing structure is
designed reasonably, and the leakage of the sealing portion is
avoided compared to the conventional sealing method.
3. The arch design adopts the latest patented results of Yongxing
Boiler Company to improve the adaptability of the equipment to
different types of bituminous coal.
4. The coal steam boiler and pellet fired boiler is designed with a special flue to allow the exhaust gas to enter
the cigarette box smoothly, reducing the temperature of the tube
sheet in the high temperature area, and effectively preventing
cracks in the tube sheet.
5. Single-return threaded pipe is used in the drum. The heat
transfer effect is enhanced, and the self-cleaning ability of the
flue gas in the threaded pipe is also utilized, thereby avoiding
the accumulation of dust in the pipe.
6. The coal steam boiler and pellet fired boiler dopts a new curved arm screw adjustment structure. This structure
has the characteristics of flexible adjustment and uniform
distribution.
7. The industrial biomass boiler adopts push-pull gate ash cleaning device. The gate is made of
heat-resistant cast iron, and the sealing effect is good,
effectively preventing the occurrence of combustion deformation and
grate leakage.
