Small Range Aluminum Alloy Load Cell Used in Packing Scale Weighing Sensor
Principle and Structure:
The Weighing Sensor is constructed using the principle of resistance strain. When the measured force acts directly on the strain gauge of the hollow cylinder pasted with the resistance strain gauge through the pull-indenter, the strain gauge is axially compressed and radially expanded, the corresponding axial resistance strain value decreases, and the radial value increases. When the bridge is out of balance, when the bridge power is supplied from the outside, there is an unbalanced voltage output at the angle output, which is proportional to the measured force acting on the load cell.
