How do water tank trailers maintain the technical operating requirements for brakes?

1. When using the water tank trailer, the free travel of the brake pedal shall meet the factory requirements of the vehicle. The brake system shall not leak air, and the pipeline shall not rub against other parts. Air storage tanks shall be equipped with drainage and pressure limiting devices.When stopping, make sure that the braking pressure is not less than 0.4mpa for 6 consecutive times. All parts of the hand brake mechanism should be complete,free from cracks and deformation, firmly connected, flexible, accurate and reliable.

2. The hydraulic brake tank trailer of the fog shall not leak oil or enter air. Step down the pedal and hold it for 1 minute, do not move the pedal to the floor slowly. In the process of water tank trailer operation, there should be no self-braking phenomenon. The driving brake is effective and reliable in the process of driving, and there is no deviation.

3. Brake main pump should be flexible and reliable, without leakage. Under the action of external forces, the master cylinder oil should be able to generate enough pressure to be used as a power source for the brake chamber. The position of the handbrake lever should be correct and reliable. Parking brake operators should be installed in an appropriate position. The joystick must have a certain reserve stroke. In general, a greater braking effect should be achieved within 3/4 of the entire stroke of the joystick. Ratchet brake should be less than 2/3 to produce greater braking efficiency.The locking device is sensitive and reliable. The pedal brake mechanism should be complete and locked, the pedal stroke should be no more than 20mm, and the board surface should have anti-skid measures.
