Processing technology of kiwi dry production line

(1) Washing and slicing the kiwifruit to obtain a 6 mm thick kiwi slice;
(2) kiwi slices were prepared by soaking kiwi slices in sodium chloride solution for 50 min;
(3) cooking the kiwi slices under other additives to prepare kiwi slices;
(4) drying the kiwifruit slices and then softening to obtain kiwifruit dried fruit;
(5) vacuum packaging the kiwi fruit dried fruit;
