Galvanised Perforated Cable Tray Cold Rollforming Line With Pre-cut Device
Description
This cable tray production line is able to produce perforated cable trays with 150mm and 300mm web width and 45mm height. Main material are 0.6mm to 1.2mm thick galvanized steel coils. Roller stations can automatically move in and out through the linear guide to adjust the gap between rollers for roll forming each dimension.
Pre-cutting device cut the material into required length before roll forming. Compared to post cutting device, users do not need to change cutting blades for each dimension, which saves a lot of time for continous production.
