Blue whale tire ultrasonic cleaning machine is a kind of ultrasonic cleaning machine equipment for tire products. The principle is to use ultrasonic cavitation to achieve the cleaning effect, cavitation is more than 20,000 times per second of ultrasonic compression force and pressure-reducing interactive high-frequency transformation of liquid transmission. When the pressure is reduced, the phenomenon of vacuum nuclear group bubbles appears in the liquid. When the compression force is applied, the vacuum nuclear group bubbles are crushed under the pressure, resulting in a strong impact force, thus stripping the dirt on the surface of the cleaned object, in order to achieve precision cleaning purposes.
