1).Making round cups and anysize round product, which can works all by automatic. it combines the material feeding, heating, forming, blowing, cutting, transporting into one process.
2). Making square cups and other shape square product which can be forming and cutting in same section. It combines the material feeding, heating blowing page cutting and transporting into one process.
Machine Feature:
1) adopts servo motor feeding
2)PLC control perform component
3) Sheet heating,hydraulic increase the speed ,mechanism mould locking,stretch,cut ,huff forming ,products delivery auto-complete.
4) Heating is controlled by temperature controller,it divide into up 8 heating area ,and down 8 heating area .
