Description of Reaction crystallizer:

The reactor is a comprehensive reactor vessel ,whose structure, function and accessories of the reactor is designed according to the reaction conditions. From the feeding,reaction to discharging ,it can finish all the pre-set reaction steps automatically and control the important parameters strictly,such as temperature, pressure, mechanical control and reactant/product concentration in the reaction process. It is composed of kettle body, transmission device, stirring device, heating device, cleaning device, cooling device and sealing device. It is equips with more auxiliary equipment,such as fractionating column, condenser, water separator, collecting tank, filter and so on. The agitator can meet the special reaction requirements of various materials,which includes various types: anchor, frame, propeller, turbine, scraper, combined. The rotating mechanism can adopt cycloidal pinwheel reducer, stepless speed reducer or variable frequency speed regulation.The sealing device can be customized with mechanical seal, packing seal or other sealing . Heating and cooling system can be achieved by jacket, half pipe, coil, Miller plate.
