a.Tire ring cutter
This machine is applied to cut tire bead from the whole tire, and this is the first step. This machines have different features, such as stable performance, easy operation, long service life, low noise and so on

b. Tire strip cutting machine
1. For the tire strip cutting machine, It is applied to cut any tires with diameter less than 1200mm into 30-50mm, and this is the second step. The machine adopts two disc-shaped blades to cut tire or waste rubber by relative rolling.
2. For the rubber block cutter, It is used to cut rubber strips into 30-50mm blocks, and this is the third step.

c. Steel wire separator machine introduction and technical data
1. Input the rubber with 50*50mm, output the rubber granule with size 10-15mm;
2. This machine can process tire rubber block with the steel wire into rubber granule and separate the steel wire out from rubber with the steel wire, Due to the special design of moving and fixed blades, the machine is high efficient and the blade is strong rigidity, high wear resistance and long service life;

1. Rubber crushing machine is used to crush the rubber from the shredder machine, and the particle size can reach 1mm after crushing.
2. For this kind of machine, it is suitable for crushing thin and fragile material, such as plastic, 5-20mm rubber granule etc. The radial deflection X-shaped occlusal structure of the moving blade and fixed blade effectively reduces the cutting resistance and improve the cutting performance, so it can increase the output and reduce energy consumption.
3. For the rubber with different shape and thickness, the machine adopts specific cutter body structure, high strength solid shaft and cutter frame which makes crushing efficiency and capacity increase obviously

e.Fiber separator machine introduction and technical data
It is mainly applied to separate the nylon fiber from the mixture of rubber power and nylon fiber, and then get pure rubber powder;

f.Fine grinder machine introduction and technical data

1. The fine grinder is applied to crush rubber powder or rubber granule into more smaller size and it can reach 100mesh or mall smaller;
2. The basic principle is through two millstone relative movement, cutter and milling the materials achieving the final purpose.
