1. Application
The tubular stranding machine is used for stranding copper wire, aluminum wire and insulated cable core.The production speed is extremely fast. For example, JGG/1+6 Tubular Stranding Machine, 45mm² bare wires, pitch 105mm, the speed is 2500m/h. So, in 12 hours, the skip stranding machine can produce 30000m wires. If we reduce the loading and unloading time, and host stop- time, for example 3 hours, 20000 meters conductor can be produced. Production capacity is very high.

2. Feature
2.1 The stranding machine is designed with 1+5 Bobbin, 1+6 Bobbin, 1+8 Bobbin, 1+10 Bobbin, 1+12 Bobbin, Cage or accoding to customers' requirements.
2.2 The tubular body is in a whole with little radial run out. It's supported on the bearing on both ends, and runs at a very low noise.
2.3 The tubular cage is annealed, which will reduce the internal stress and increase service life.
2.4 Bobbins locked with mechanical pintles: one is movable and one is fixed, or Bobbin is fasten on the axis by latch.
