1. Usage
This machine is mainly used for stranding Cu, Al conductor, ACSR and core of insulation cable etc. It’s also can be used for Cu wires screening.

2. Main Features
2.1 The reels are arranged quartering around the stranding cages.The central shaft does not bear the reels.
2.2 High rigid, high performance, high speed and low inertia.
2.3 Driven by 36-stage variable gear-box, dual hauling and dual active device. Natural wire distribution avoids abrasion damage when stranding.
2.4 The most advanced emergency stop device, direct controlling every reel. As soon as any wire breaks, the entire machine will automatically stop at once.
2.5 Ensuring supplement after any wire breaking, especially suitable for power cables and high compacted cross linking cables producing.
2.6 Siemens PLC control system, operating on touch screen.
