1. Usage
The machine is used for stranding Cu, Al wire, ACSR and insulated wires with back-twist. It also can steel-armoring or Cu-screening cables.

2. Main Character
2.1. Back-twist method: Sun & planetary gear mechanism.

2.2. The non-axle thimble twisting cage is equipped with mechanism friction tension control.
2.3. Three methods of wire- breaking test for choice: mechanical, electrical or both of them.
2.4. For the electric system, the PLC and touch screen may be provided at the user's request to control the whole line. The technical data may

be set, modified and displayed on the touch screen.

3. Configuration
Pay-off, mainframes of 6-reel section, 12-reelbsection, 18-reel, 24-reel and 30-reel, die holder, tape lapper, armor unit, haul-off, take-off, driven system and electrical system.
