1. Paper feeding department:

The biggest feature of the folding section is the installation of the rolling line breaking wheel, the secondary rolling line, and the original rolling line is re-rolled again. The machine will have a shaping device in front of the folding box, and the folded carton will be shaped again in front of the nail box to ensure that the carton out of the nail box has no scissors opening.

3. Correction Department:
The calibration part is calibrated by the servo motor, and then corrected and then fed into the nail box by the timing belt to ensure that the box is not scissored;

4, nail box department:

The nail box head is made of special material, which is wear-resistant and not easy to damage. The nail speed can reach 800 nails per minute. The biggest feature of this machine is that the machine head is directly driven by servo motor, and the speed is stable and accurate. It is possible to realize the operation of implementing single nails, double nails, reinforcing nails, and head and tail nails (intermediate sticking) to the carton. The nail line uses two sets of 30 kg automatic feeding line at one time, which reduces the time for changing the wire.
