Mercury conductive slip ring and rotary connector - the perfect
substitute for the traditional slip ring to solve the problems of
the traditional slip ring. The slip ring system is made of special
sealing, insulation and conductive technology, and its shell is
made of anodized aluminum alloy or stainless steel. The slip ring
system is an ideal product for transmitting signal and controlling
current. It is suitable for fields where the traditional slip ring
is not competent (such as high speed, low impedance and low
interference). The product is compact and durable without
maintenance
Notes:
1. The service temperature shall not exceed 60 ºC, ambient
temperature + self heating (rotation + power on)
2 when installing in the vertical direction, keep the u p upward,
and keep it upward when saving.
3. Do not be eccentric when installing the rotary connector on the
axis. It is best to use the 3-point buckle mode when installing the
buckle screw.
4. Do not weld and heat the rotary connector itself or the copper
terminal.
5. The special connection terminal cannot be used repeatedly.
6. If the rotating body vibrates, its service life will be reduced.
7. The connector can be fixed after the shell or plastic part is
installed into the axis, and then pull the rotating part with the
inserted terminal wire. One end is fixed on the axis and the other
end is floating on the external fixed part, but it can never bear
the weight.
If the above matters are not observed, the rotary connector will be
damaged to varying degrees or reduce the service life.
