The Paper Egg Tray Machine production line is mainly combined by THREE PARTS:

1. Paper Egg Tray Machine Pulping system: Use waste paper and water as raw material and pulp up;

A. Put the raw material and water into the hydraulic pulper, you will get the paper pulp after mixed 10-20 minutes.
B. Pulp pump will transfer the finished paper pulp into the slurry pool.
C. The pulp pond beater will mix the pulp concentration.
D. The pulp pump will transfer the pulp into forming machine.

2. Paper Egg Tray Machine Forming system: The pulped material being delivered to paper product egg Tray molds, and forming to the Product paper Tray plate shape;

A. The molding machine is to absorb the pulp to the molding area of egg tray machine, absorb the pulp to the molding mold through the suction of the vacuum system, and absorb the excess water into the gas-water separation tank, and then pump the water to the tank for storage.
B. The molding mold absorbs the pulp and then forms it. and then the transfer mold takes out the finished product and sends it to the drying tray inside the dryer oven.

Paper egg tray machine forming molds can be changed as per buyer's different product requirement.

3. Paper Egg Tray Machine Drying system: The formed Product Tray plate being delivered to Dryer, and come up to Completed Strong Product Tray plate. The egg tray machine drying system can be sun drying type, brick kiln drying type and metallic type. It is up to buyer's choice and budget.

The drying system boiler can use natural gas, diesel, LPG, coal or wood, electricity as energy. Customers must first confirm which kind of energy they will use before our production.

If the output of pulp tray is less than 1000 pieces per hour, and the weather is good enough, we recommend the manual operation type forming machine and sunshine drying mode, this can reduce the cost of equipment investment.

If the weather is not enough to dry the paper trays easily, or the output of the machine is more than 1000 pcs/h, we recommend the automatic drying system,ie. metallic dryer.

A hot pressing section should be added in the production of pulp molded egg box/carton(6-cell,10-cell,12-cell,6+6-cell,15-cell),fruit tray and cup carrier after drying because of shrinking.

The egg box/carton can be labelled or printed after hot pressing. These processes could be finsihed manually or automatically.

This production line is suitable for the following products:

Egg tray(30-egg) Egg box/egg carton(6-egg, 10-egg, 12-egg, 6+6-egg, 15-egg, 18-egg and etc)

Fruit tray (for apple,tomato, pear and etc) Cup carrier(4 pack and 2 pack) Seeding tray and bottle trays.

Some medical-care products and fixed shape(the design doesn't change frequently) pulp molding products with large quantity.
