• Handle is made from PA, and lock shackle is made from nickel plated steel with red plastic or vinyl coated body, rust proof.
• Allow multiple padlocks to be used when isolating one energy source.
• Lock holes:10.5mm diameter
• Jaw size:1’’(25mm) & 1.5" (38mm)
• Colors of handle can be customized.

LTT program

The following must be done in an LTT procedure

During manufacturing, the employee must turn off the main energy source of the machine or the procedure before performing the following tasks:

Equipment, maintenance, adjustment, inspection, cleaning

Equipment that is temporarily not in use, or when the device is not in use, the device must be locked and listed.

Individual locked

Personal locking is the preferred method of locking programs.

Employees shall attach their personal locks to the equipment when dealing with machines or processes.

Locks must use different keys (one key must not be used with multiple locks).

When more than one employee is using or maintaining the same machine, each employee shall attach its own lock to the machine. The buckle for collective locking must be suitable for multiple locks.

Employees must lock the machine before testing it to make sure all energy has been turned off or eliminated.
