Applications
Roof tops, engines, bonnets and drivers cabin insulation, door panels and seat linings, floor mats, carpet underlay, upholsteries, sun visors and car AC insulations etc.
Thin PE foam is one the Irradiated Polyehtylene foam. it's
thickness between 0.5mm to 3mm thick. and it can be use to make
into PE foam tape.
Available in elastic & easy tear PE foam. Produced by coating
acrylic solvent adhesive on the both sides of the foam and
separated by release paper. It adheres well to a variety of
surfaces and exhibits excellent holding power
Bonding and fixing of various materials for both indoor and outdoor
usage • Standees formation and installing use.
Widely used in resting cushions, children's toys, medium and shoes
material,compound floorboard, craftwork decoration sand, shoe
material, packing lining, curtain wall and so on.

Advantages

<0.040W/m · K, less than polystyrene, similar to polyurethane,
as the excellent insulation, heat insulation materials;

superior to polyurethane and phenolic foam; Reduces the building's
weight, load of the building and cost of the structure. Also easy
and fast to construct, and improve efficiency;
3. Qualified combustion performance: Combustion performance reach
the B2 level of building and decoration material class, the same as
polystyrene;
4. Good corrosion resistance and ageing resistance: Resistance to
acid and organic solvents, long-term exposure to the Sun, minor
aging, special anti-aging treatment but can be done;
