Anti-static IXPE Foam
The conductive / anti-static closed cell PE foam is a kind of new material we specially researched for the high-end electronics, which has closed cell structure and the properties of permanently anti-static or conductive, well resistance to climate and shockproof.
Custom design mold cutting XPE / IXPE foam for packaging, electronic products, lining, ESD packing box, ESD tray.
Anti-static foam is produced by compounding PE with some special padding and foaming material, then cross linked by foaming. The conductivity EVA and IXPE foam is a hi-tech ESD product which has very good anti-static property, it is an ideal packing material for optoelectronic devices and microelectronics devices, integrated circuit, printed circuit board, communications, military products etc.

CYG TEFA provides additional ESD and buffer protection for electrostatically sensitive electronic components to prevent physical mishandling during shipping and storage.
CYG TEFA offers 5 different types of PE foam for applying in conjunction with its containers, boxes, trays, boards: pink static dissipative foam; conductive foam and crosslinked conductive foam. All are non-corrosive.
CYG ESD foam is available in 1-100 mm thickness. The customized thickness of conductive foams are available on special orders. It is sized to fit your selected container, box, tray, boards and can be additionally custom die-cut to securely nest your product.
CYG TEFA conductive foams are also available in full sheets. Our static dissipative foam is available in full rolls.
Features
With conduction path / network inside. Excellent anti static performance.
It promotes the rapid release of electrostatic without using the environmental humidity. Anti-static performance is not affected by the environmental humidity.

Excellent electrical conductivity, surface resistance: 103-109 Ω
Buffer good performance: independent and fine pore closure.
High temperature resistance: IXPE maximum temperature 120℃.
Chemical resistance: resistant to organic solvents, acids, bases, etc.

♦ Building and construction - utilized in gap filler, striping for sealing gaps in doors, windows and roof.
♦ Strips and gaskets in assembly operations-gaskets in electric, mainly used as insulated liner of metal or plastic hanger for Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) assembly.

1) How can I know the suitable foam density I need?
Our PE foam density is between 25 kg/m3 and 240 kg/m3
We can provide the best solution for you according to the
application, Density, hardness, thickness.And The free sample is
available for your confirmation and text
2) What’s the order procedure?
First we discuss foam products details by email or TM.
Then we issue you a PI for your confirmation. You will be requested
to do prepaid full payment or deposit before we go into production.
After we get the deposit, we start to process the order. usually
takes 7-15days if we don’t have the items in stock.
Before production has been finished, we will contact you for
shipment details, and the balance payment. After payment has been
settled, we start to prepare the shipment for you.
3) How do you take care when your clients received defective foam
products?
A: replacement. If there are some defective foam products, we
usually credit to our customer or replace in next shipment.
4)How do you check all PE foam on the production line?
A: We have spot inspection and finished product inspection of our
foam materials.We check the PE foam materials when they go into
next step production procedure.
