Deep Well Submersible Pump

The Deep Well Submersible Pump is a kind of energy efficient water lifting tool with integrated motor and pump, submerged in the water.

The motor is a vertical water-filled wet squirrel-cage three-phase asynchronous motor, and the internal part is filled with clean water for cooling the motor and lubricating the bearings. The motor winding is made of polyethylene insulated nylon sheathed water-resistant electromagnetic wire, and the upper part of the motor is sealed with sand flinging ring and skeleton oil seal to prevent leakage of medium inside and outside of the motor, and the pump is a single/multi-stage centrifugal closed-type impeller with a deflector casing for conveying liquid.

The Borehole Submersible pump is available in Cast iron, SS 304, SS 316, SS 316 L, Duplex SS, SS 904 L.
We test each submersible water pump before delivery, such as dynamic and static balance testing, material analysis testing, casting testing, and submersible pump submerged in water for 48 hours to test leaking or not.
