The ER26500 is a primary lithium-thionyl chloride battery ( Li-SOCL2 battery ) energy type battery with a nominal voltage of 3.6 volts and a high energy density. It is designed for long-term, low-current applications, and can deliver a relatively constant voltage throughout its life.
A high pulse capacitor,like HPC1550,SPC1550, UPC1550, on the other hand, is an electronic component that can store electrical energy in an electric field. Capacitors have a lower energy density than batteries but can discharge their energy very quickly and can handle high currents.
