Double Color Plate Engraving 3 Axis CNC Router Machine With Weihong NC-studio Control system

This type CNC engraving machine is adopted NC-Studio control system to monitor the processing through the PC screen.

NC Studio Control System

NC studio System is very different from other Control system, it provides a PC Screen, you coul see the toolpath and tool position on PC screen. Operator could control the PC on-site, and make a change without moving if nesscery. It’s a control card installed in control box, and connect PC on-site. Adopts power-off protection ,breakpoint restoration ,smooth processing. It could also use DSP offline control system, when working no need computer, save the files into USB disk, more convenient and easy to operate.

Square welded Pipe Body

Sqaure welded Pipe Body are made by 15 mm steel square tube and beam, adopt welded with seamless welded structure. Annealing in high temperature and vibrating stress relief. The body with big weight, could keep good stability without deformation in long time working vibration.

Stepper Motor and Driver

Stepper Moter and Driver is widely adopted in Chinese CNC router, It’s cheaper and high accuracy. It won’t lose step in working, speed performance increased about 30%, improve the equipment speed heavily. Motor heat fell down 30%, prolong the life time of the motor. Vibration phenomenon significantly reduced,motor run more smoothly. Adopted the current control system technology,save power consumption.

Inverter

Inverter is controler of spindle, it control the start, speed and stop of spindle. We usually adopt Taiwan Detla inverter.

Delta’s inverter combined with DC power systems, could provide a modular UPS for AC power backup. The system can operate in economy mode. When in normal opoeration the total installation’s energy efficiency could be optimized automatically. In regions with AC utility challenges, the auxiliary AC-powered infrastructure is protected by the inverter system from AC mains fluctuations. Further more, the inverter system offers new opportunities for energy savings through providing backup AC power.

HQD spindle

HQD spindle have water cooling and air cooling etc two cooling types. Low price with high precision and effecienty. Four bearing in our spindle motor could make sure same precision for over 3 years. Suitable for basic type and Ball Screw type cnc router. It has ATC type too, could help you to carving complex pictures.

Vacuum Table

Our vacuum table is made by aluminum and covered by double hard PVC layer. Don’t need human fix the material and absorb the material automatically. We usually adopt 6 zones vacuum table, and could make customized type according your need. Vacuum table is better for plate engraving with vacuum pump. However if you need cut your materials, you'd better choose fixture to hold the materials. Vacuum table also have T-slot to handle materials cutting work.
