76mm gas pipeline smart pig is used for carbon steel gas pipeline corrosion inspection.It is pushed by oil,gas,water etc liquid. Robot is collecting and recording the corrosion situation of the inner wall of the pipeline; the special data software is analyzing and explaining the inspection data, inspection report and conclusion are finally formed.

The robot is using ECT inspection method to detect corrosion in pipeline.The severity of corrosion in the pipeline can be qualitatively judged through special data and software analysis, which will guide the management department for maintaining and managing.

The robot has been widely used in CNPC, CNOOC and SINOPEC in China.
