Nickel alloy 625 pipe tube for marine engineering oil & gas industry
Product Description:
Alloy 625 (UN N06625) is a kind of austenitic nickel-based super
alloy, in a wide range of corrosive environment with excellent
oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance, crack resistance,
anti-corrosion of chromium and molybdenum content on the corrosion
of chlorine ion has excellent corrosion resistance, the alloy was
developed for high temperature strength, its high alloy components
to a wide range of oxidation and oxidation environment provides a
high level of corrosion resistance to chloride stress corrosion
cracking resistance.
Includes the jet engine environment and many other seawater
applications, aviation components, chemical treatment equipment,
nuclear water reaction components and chemical process
applications.
The alloy 625 has excellent strength and toughness. The strength of
the alloy 625 comes from the solid solution strengthening effect of
molybdenum and niobium on nickel-chromium matrix.
From low temperature to 2000 F (1093 C).
The alloy 625 also has special fatigue resistance.
High temperature resistance, used in arc and flame spray systems,
produces a dense, cohesive coating resistant to high temperature
oxidation and corrosion. These elements also contribute to
corrosion resistance of the alloy.
