Description of hydraulic headbox

The duplex board proudciton line equips with three sets hydraulic headbox and with dilution water system. The headbox is composed of pulp feed pipe, transition chamber, attenuation chamber, turbulence generator and lip plate etc. Each parts are connected by bolts.

Pulp through single side square taper main pipe and pipe bundle to headbox. The other end of the square taper pipe design 10% reflux, through the reflux control valve to realize equal pressure inside of square taper pipe. Square taper main pipe has detection window and sight glass.
