Pediatric Blood Pressure Cuff Specification:

The deluxe Pediatric size aneroid sphygmomanometer unit offers a calibrated nylon cuff that measures pressure from 20 mmHg to 300 mmHg. Designed to resist dust build-up, the deluxe inflation system has a two-tube system, a latex bladder, and a large knurled air release valve for precise deflation and accuracy. Fits range 18.4 to 26.7 cm.

BLOOD PRESSURE MONITOR – An aneroid sphygmomanometer is used by professional healthcare providers to manually measure and determine systolic and diastolic blood pressure in humans.
PEDIATRIC SIZE CUFF – Our blood pressure cuff is made of durable nylon and comfortably fits arms 7.2” – 10.5” (18.4 – 26.7cm) in circumference. It is equipped with Velcro straps for closure and has index and range markings.
EASY READINGS & LATEX-FREE – You can easily read the 0-300 mmHg gauge thanks to an easy-to-read dial. The monitor is also equipped with a latex-free inflation bulb and standard air release valve.

Instructions For Use

With Stethoscope

Step 1

Make sure the air release valve is twisted all the way to the right to close it off.

Step 2

Wrap the cuff snugly around the arm without over-tightening. Place the stethoscope’s head on the artery slightly under the bottom of the cuff and listen for the pulse.

Step 3

Pump air into the cuff up to about 200mmHG or 30mmHG above your normal systolic number, then release the valve and listen for the pulse.

Without Stethoscope

Step 1

Make sure the air release valve is twisted all the way to the right to close it off.

Step 2

Wrap the cuff snugly around the arm without over-tightening. Place your fingertips on the artery on the wrist slightly above the inside thumb to find a pulse.

Step 3

Pump air into the cuff until you can no longer feel the pulse. Slowly release the valve and feel for the first pulse on the artery. This is your systolic number and should be documented as palpation - 120/P.
