Attention and maintain before using

Cleaning the anti-rush oil and dust of machine surface. Every oil hole(we marked red), rotation bearing, connecting rob, gear surface including all the activities of joint need add oil.
(1) According our mark to rotate. Forbidden rotate oppositely.
(2)Idling 10 minutes before using for checking machine.
(3)Injecting oil into oil hole and connecting rob after machine running every time.

Operation of machine

(1) Four switches: green is Open,red is stop, yellow is inching and black is return the thread

(2)Attach the clip wire frame installed on the machine,Clamp with 4pcs M6 screw on both side

(3)Make sure checking the machine before running because the machine is shock while transportation.(Means: Power on and press black switch for making bobbin run status if any crash,then begin to wind.)

Adjust bobbin


A.Adjust the bobbin size(diameter):Adjust the bobbin size base on the data in the display screen and bobbin size requirement to operate press-button.(Means:Open the plate of the counter.have four buttons in side as R,M,⊿,△.”R” is reset”M”is Suspend,”⊿” ls shift and “△”add data.Make sure the counter back to original status,you can do like this:Pressing”△”flrst, Second pressing”△”finally pressing “R”,.)


B.Adjust the bobbin length:Loosen the M8-1 screw',tightening the square screw,clockwise,bobbin length get longer.Anti-clockwise.bobbin length get shorter.


C.(1) Adjust the bobbin tightness:Turn the thumb nut,clockwise,the bobbin tension is increased.Anti clockwise,the bobbin tension is decreased.

• Adjusting the bobbin shape:Adjust the tightness of yarn trapper or adjust the thumb nut.Turn the knurled nut by hand,Clockwise,the ends of the bobbin get bigger-Anti-clockwise,the ends of the bobbin get smaller.

Common errors and solutions:

(1)Break yam
A.The yam is more tight,tum the knurled out.
B.Thread in the wrong position
C.Thread guide slider is not smooth.please polish it.
D.(1)Have knotting yarn.
(2)The machine is stopping suddenly while winding:the slip occlusion is not close completely,please reverse belt to close it,inject a few drops oil and turn on again.
(3)The scissors is useless,please polish it or change it.
(4)The yarn lock is useless,please polish it or adjust the angle or adjust the yarn plate or change it.

Notice
(1) The machine must be installed flat.Non-vibrating.Gears and bushes must be lubricated plenty.Each oil nozzle should be applied lubricant every 8hrs.
(2) Please set the clutch operating lever to idle position when the other mechanism get out of order.
(3) Clean the tail hair every week to prevent clogging.
