KUM2500A Ultrasonic Fuel Level Sensor
Introduction
After docking with the GPS locator, it can easily realize real-time
positioning, trajectory playback, fueling statistics, fuel
consumption data report analysis (daily fuel consumption, fuel
consumption per 100 kilometers, fueling volume statistics, oil
leakage statistics, illegal idle speed statistics), electronic
fence, Oil stealing alarm, illegal idle speed monitoring and other
functions.
Anti-clogging; anti-leak; anti-vandal; impact resistance; high
precision.
The sensor error is less than three thousandths, the resolution is
less than 0.5, and the accuracy of the entire system is within 1%.
Working Principle
KUM2500A ultrasonic level sensor uses the ultrasonic echo ranging
principle. The sensor is installed on the outer surface of the
bottom of the fuel tank, and sends out ultrasonic signals from the
bottom. When it encounters the liquid surface, it reflects back,
and then calculates the liquid level height according to the time
and speed. At the same time, combined with digital signal
processing technology, it overcomes the influence of the container
wall, realizes high-precision non-contact measurement of the liquid
level in the container, and can meet the requirements of industrial
applications in application.
The main functions of GPS fuel tank fuel consumption system:
1. Refueling report: It is clear at a glance where and when the
vehicle is, and how many liters of oil have been added. The bar
chart and table are displayed at the same time, which is more
intuitive and easy to understand.
2. Fuel consumption curve graph: It can intuitively reflect the
fuel consumption of the vehicle. From the curve graph, it can be
clearly seen how the fuel in the fuel tank of the vehicle is
consumed; the fuel volume decreases slowly during driving, and the
fuel volume is straight when refueling. When it rises, when the
fuel is stolen, the fuel volume plummets, and the system
automatically pushes an alarm when it falls.
3. The 100-kilometer fuel consumption statistical report function,
daily mileage, fuel consumption and 100-kilometer fuel consumption
report, real-time daily fuel consumption of each vehicle, and
timely detection of high fuel consumption vehicles.
4. Vehicle positioning function: The center can real-time the
current position, driving direction, driving speed, start and
flameout status, and real-time fuel volume of the fuel tank of all
controlled vehicles all day long. The system can be set to return
vehicle dynamic information once every 20 seconds, so as to grasp
the condition of the vehicle in time.
5. Track playback function: The center can play back the historical
travel and track records of vehicles in a custom period within the
past 180 days at any time.
6. Driving mileage statistics function: The system uses the driving
record function of the GPRS vehicle terminal and the principle of
the GIS geographic system to carry out the driving mileage
statistics of the vehicle, which can be divided into daily mileage
and monthly mileage, and can generate reports and print.
