KPG201 Digital Pressure Gauge With Data Logger
1. Description
Liquids and gases behave differently depending on the pressure and
can be reactive in different ways. Accordingly, checking the
pressure using a pressure gauge is a widespread standard in many
areas of industry, including in the petrochemical, chemical and
food industries. The pressure switches and pressure gauges from
Kacise offer a wide range of different solutions for a wide variety
of production environments.
Starting with simple pressure gauges with the highest precision up
to flexible differential pressure gauges, which can be both
permanently installed and used as hand-held gauges. In order to be
able to optimally adapt to any production and every material, the
pressure switches and pressure gauges from Kacise work with
different methods for pressure measurement and display. This means
that every pressure measurement method can be optimally adapted to
the prevailing conditions.
It does not matter whether the relative pressure, the absolute
pressure or a differential pressure is to be determined: The
high-quality and powerful pressure gauges from Kacise offer the
optimal solution for industry and are used worldwide. The pressure
gauges are divided into different categories. Probably the most
important subdivision factor concerns the pressure range covered by
the pressure gauges. Low pressure, high pressure and vacuum gauges
are suitable for a wide variety of applications and measuring
materials.
The pressure measurement method also plays an important role. A
distinction is made between electrical, mechanical and mechatronic
pressure gauges. In this way, the pressure measurement can be
optimally adapted to every situation and every need.

The pressure gauges and differential pressure gauges can be easily integrated into a wide variety of production environments thanks to the standardised connection options and impress with their long service life and high display quality. Thanks to various analogue and digital displays and an adjustment and calibration of all pressure gauges, display errors or measurement errors can be minimised. In this way, work safety and work comfort can be noticeably improved through the use of high-quality pressure gauges.
Suitable pressure gauges for different media
Pressure can be a risk factor, especially in closed systems, which
must be minimised if possible. Pressure switches are a simple and
effective way to avoid this hazard. The pressure switches work
according to different measuring principles and can therefore be
easily adapted to the medium used and the required pressure range.
If a previously set pressure level is reached, the pressure switch
can trigger an action. This can either be opening or closing, but
also an output signal which is passed on via the pressure
transmitter. In this way, the various pressure switches can be
easily integrated into different systems and adapted to the
different requirements.
Hand-held gauges for determining pressure are also widespread and
are used in many branches of industry. Especially when checking and
maintaining certain work areas, the pressure gauges must function
optimally and be able to display the pressure precisely in mbar. In
particular, the use of mobile differential pressure meters for
pressure monitoring at transitions and membranes is extremely
common and standard in many areas.
Kacise gauges are not only characterised by their high level of
accuracy, but above all by their simple handling and their good and
clear display of all relevant values. The mobile pressure gauges
can either be provided with their own probe or combined with
permanently installed probes.
