Pipe network flowmeter based on Doppler sensor

1.Description of products

The product measures the flow rate according to the principle of ultrasonic Doppler effect, and can measure the water level and temperature through the pressure sensor. The shell adopts PVC plastic, which can effectively waterproof and seal.

2.Principle of the product

Doppler flowmeter principle: When the ultrasonic source and the observer do relative motion, the frequency received by the observer will be different from the frequency of the ultrasonic source. Therefore, the small particles and bubbles moving with water relative to the ultrasonic transducer will also change the receiving frequency of the transducer, and increase with the increase of the motion speed of the suspension in the water. Thus, the Doppler frequency shift is measured, and the flow speed of the water at the point of the Doppler current meter is measured. This is multiplied by the cross-sectional area of the channel to obtain the flow information.

Because Doppler flow measurement uses the speed of sound propagation in the water, and the speed of sound propagation in the water is closely related to the water temperature, the device has a built-in temperature sensor for temperature measurement, and then correct the sound speed.

The level depth measurement uses a pressure sensor to measure the distance between the position of the flow velocity sensor and the liquid level.
