Stellite 6B is a cobalt-based alloy with great wear, erosion and abrasion resistance. It is also known as Alloy 6B or UNS R30016 per AMS 5894.
High hardness carbide helps Stellite 6B get high wear resistance; while maintaining high-temperature strength and high-temperature wear resistance, the forging deformation process maximizes the toughness of the material. Stellite6B is a strong, balanced, high-temperature, wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant alloy.
