The PGD series low-temperature batch circulation grain dryer uses a
thin-layer, high-airflow drying process combined with a drying and
tempering method for high efficiency. This results in uniformly
dried grain with a low cracking rate. It is equipped with a
resistive-type online moisture meter for precise real-time dynamic
moisture control, automatically stopping when the grain reaches a
safe moisture level. The fully automatic drying temperature control
system provides dynamic displays of temperature and moisture
levels, fault alerts, and is designed for easy operation and
convenient management.

1. About the PGD Tower Grain drying machine
This product is widely used in drying rice, corn, sesame, rapeseed,
cocoa, coffee, cashew, barley, pumpkin and other grains. It is the
machine of choice for drying agricultural products.
PGD series grain dryer is ideal for drying grain and oil seeds. Grains drop
from the top by bucket elevator, then through the feeding device,
ensure that the equipment is always in full load condition during
operation. Drawing fan introduced hot air into the inside of tower
body, grain crops through the staggered arrangement of the angular
box, so that food crops and hot air mixed with the heat generated
by steam and debris discharged through the fan.
