20Khz 2000w High Power Ultrasonic Analog Generator with Stability Performace
Ultrasonic power is often referred to as an ultrasonic source, an ultrasonic generator. Its function is to convert electrical energy into a high frequency alternating current signal that matches the ultrasonic transducer. From the form of the amplifying circuit, a linear amplifying circuit and a switching power supply circuit can be used, and a high-power ultrasonic power source generally adopts a circuit form of a switching power supply in terms of conversion efficiency. Linear power supplies also have their own range of applications. It has the advantage of not requiring strict circuit matching and allowing continuous and rapid changes in operating frequency. From the current situation in the ultrasound industry, ultrasound is mainly divided into self-excited and its exciting power supply.

Common faults of the ultrasonic generator are as follows:
1. Without ultrasound, the power switch indicator is not displayed,
and the fan is running normally.
1) Check if the rectifier bridge is damaged. The method is as
follows: the pointer multimeter is adjusted to the ×10K block, the
black meter pen is connected to the positive pole of the rectifier
bridge, and the red test pen is respectively connected to the AC
terminal, whether the two pins are turned on, and then the
rectifier bridge is replaced, otherwise the next step is checked.
2) Check if the main capacitor is damaged. If yes, replace the
capacitor.
3) Check if the power tube is damaged. The method is as follows:
the pointer multimeter is adjusted to the ×10K block, the black pen
is connected to the 2 pin of the power tube, and the red test pen
is connected to the 1st and 3rd pins respectively, and the power
tube is replaced, otherwise the state is restored.
2. Without ultrasound, the power switch indicator does not light,
and the fan does not turn.
1) Check if the power switch is damaged. If yes, replace the power
switch, otherwise check the next step.
2) Check if the fan is damaged. If yes, replace the fan.
3. Without ultrasound, the power switch indicator lights up and the
fan is running normally.
1) Remove the output cable, turn on the power, adjust the power to
the maximum, use the multimeter to exchange 1000V, measure the
voltage at the output, usually about 1000V. If there is voltage,
the generator is ok, plug in the output cable, check the step, if
there is no voltage, check the next step.
2) Use the multimeter DC 1000V file to measure the positive or
negative output of the main capacitor or rectifier bridge.
