Ultrasonic Precision Coating Technology For Electronic PCB Printed Circuit Board
Description:
Electronic PCB (printed circuit board) protection ultrasonic
precision coating technology is an advanced ultrasonic coating
process that uses high-frequency ultrasonic vibration to fully
atomize moisture-proof coatings, insulation coatings, or
anti-corrosion coatings, thereby evenly coating them on the surface
of the PCB, effectively protecting the functionality of the circuit
board and extending its service life.
Ultrasonic technology can enhance the adhesion between coatings and
PCB surfaces, providing higher protection performance for
electronic PCB boards and adapting to the constantly changing
demands of electronic products.

Parameters Adjusting :
Improve coating splash phenomenon by adjusting the following
parameters:
1. Reduce ultrasonic power: Reduce the power of ultrasonic waves to
lower the intensity of spraying
2. Reduce coating speed: Slowing down the coating speed can allow
more time for the coating to evenly spread on the substrate,
reducing splashing.
3. Extend pulse time: Increasing the pulse time can allow the
coating to atomize more fully, rather than spraying out instantly
4. Reduce the frequency: use a lower ultrasonic frequency to change
the spray mode to make it more stable
5. Increase viscosity: If the coating is too thin, the viscosity of
the coating can be appropriately increased (for example, by adding
thickeners)
6. Optimize nozzle design or replace nozzle: use a more reasonable
nozzle design, or adjust the spray angle and distance of the nozzle
