Features:

1. Stem Seal and Replacement : The valve has a stem seal designed to prevent water within the body from leaking to the enviornment at the point where the stem passes through the bonnet.It is designed to be replaced by one person with the valve in the wide open position and under the rated working pressure

2. Wedge: EPDM rubber vulcanized on DI wedge by qualified technology, more resilient & strong adhesive to ductile casting.

3. Stem: Forged platform to hold wedge provides stronger operation and less moving parts. No pin connection.

Application

1. OS&Y gate valve are used indoors or in outdoors pits and NRS valves are used with wall indicator posts or underground with tee-handle wrenches or indicator posts attached or as roadway box valves

2. NRS gate valves are available either with or without a base flange. Valves with base flange are used to support upright indicator posts. Valves without base flange are used with wall indicator or tee-wrenches in buried serivces

AFC has built it’s own in house reliability test laboratory to ensure that our products not only meet the international quality and reliability test specification such as the EN-1074-1/2 T-key and R-key test, but also comply to various international valves standards and specifications.

We already achieved WRAS certificate in 2011, and obtained FM approval in early of 2012,
and UL for gate valve. Today, we have got many international famous certificate for drinking water such as WRAS, NSF, AS, CE on certain products, and our product range has expended to double eccentric butterfly valve, rubber disc check valve ,non-slam check valve, both clean water & sewage water air valve, hydraulic control valve and penstock and we always focus on water system valves.

In 2018 year, our big plan is developing pressure management valves which has been proved to be a very helpful tool and economic way to save the leakage rate with limited investment and get a fast return in couple months and power savings
