Description:

RDCV is a rubber disc check valve, DI body and bonnet, CS plate coated with EPDM and nylon reinforcement, 304SS stem (bar), GI bolts.That is designed to prevent reverse flow automatically. During system flow conditions, the movement of the fluid forces the disc to the open position allowing 100% un-restricted flow area through the valve. Under reverse flow conditions, the disc automatically returns to the closed position to prevent reverse flow.

Features:

·40 degree angle tilted seat design helps close very soon for shorter stroke and minimize the water hammer and slamming for lower stroke and flap above water flow.
·The rubber disc is totally encapsulated in EPDM rubber for superior sealing and corrosion resistance.
·Simple design, top entry cover allows for access for cleaning, replacement and maintenance easily.
·Nylon fabric is inserted into the disc for stengthening the disc from cracking and breaking during operations.
·The life cycle of RDCV is over 50000 times
·The unrestricted full flow area combined with smooth streamline contouring allows for passage of large
·Fusion Bonded Epoxy (FBE) is provided on the interior and exterior of the valve
·Meets BS EN 1074-3 and BS EN 558 F/F dimensions.

AFC has built it’s own in house reliability test laboratory to ensure that our products not only meet the international quality and reliability test specification such as the EN-1074-1/2 T-key and R-key test, but also comply to various international valves standards and specifications.

We already achieved WRAS certificate in 2011, and obtained FM approval in early of 2012,
and UL for gate valve.
