Product Description
1. Use mono-block cam system, which use special steel made by C.N.C
computerized working and with special heater process ensure high
precise and durable. Suit for needles' high-speed operation and the
runway is precise. They are widely used in knitting the upscale
lining.
2. Needle cylinder uses the special steel, which is precisely
processed and high wave heat treatment. So it is durable.
3. The gear oil and the needle oil separate the lubrication in the
lubrication system designs. Knitting parts are lubricated through
oil machine spraying needle oil.
4. The control system uses exchange motor cooperating transducer
control panel, which may accelerate, decelerate and exchange wiggly
power at will.
5. Taking up device by 120 section cloth winder and take up even.
Main Features
1) Cams are made of special alloy steel, processed by precise CNC milling machine, with grinding and heat treatment. Needle track is accurate and smooth, which ensure minimum part wear and long life for needle.
