Description:
PTFEing tape, also known as PTFEing tape, or PTFEing adhesive tape,
or PTFEing adhesive tape. It is first made of glass fiber, coated
with PTFEing emulsion and made into PTFEing fiberglass cloth after
drying.
A high temperature resistant adhesive tape made of silicon viscose
is coated twice.
Main performance characteristics:
1, for low temperature -196 degrees, high temperature between 300
degrees, has weatherability, anti-aging. After practical
application, for example, under the condition of high temperature
of 250 ℃, the strength will not be reduced and the weight will not
be reduced after continuous storage for 200 days; When placed at
350 ℃ for 120 hours, the weight is only reduced by about 0.6%; It
can maintain the original softness at - 180 ℃ ultra-low
temperature.
2. Non adhesion: the surface is smooth and not easy to adhere to
any substance. Easy to clean all kinds of oil stains, stains or
other attachments attached to its surface; Almost all adhesive
substances such as paste, resin and coating can be simply removed;
3. Resistant to chemical corrosion, strong acid, alkali, aqua regia
and various organic solvents.
4. Drug resistance and non toxicity. It can withstand almost all
medicaments and articles.
5. It has high insulation performance (small dielectric constant:
2.6, tangent below 0.0025), anti ultraviolet and anti-static.
6. Fire retardant.
7. Easy to use and long service life.
Feature:
1. Good heat resistance (continuous service temperature above 260
℃) and can be used safely even on overheated heaters.
2. Good viscosity resistance, and the "slag" of the melted
packaging film will not stick to the heater.
3. Excellent electrical insulation.
4. Good running stability, durability and easy maintenance.
Application:
1. Used for the surface of fine pressing roller for packaging,
dyeing and resin processing;
2. Roller surface of coating machine for packaging adhesives and
laminations;
3. It is used to seal the friction surface of charging bucket and
guide rail;
4. It is used to encapsulate non sticky parts and parts that need
to maintain smoothness;
5.It is used for heat sealing of plastic film at the heat sealing
and bonding parts of packaging food, dairy products and drugs.
